The photographs of items posted for sale, throughout this website, are model images and are presented for demonstration
purposes only. JAV JEWELER’S BENCH warrants that the goods shall be without variation except that caused by the
individual creation of each piece, and shall be of uniform kind and quality.
"InSTOR@ JAV"™ 12 MONTH JEWELLERY WARRANTY
JAV Jeweler's Bench warrants items purchased from our studio showcase to be without defect in material
and workmanship for one (1) year after the date of purchase. This warranty covers your purchases and or its components
when you present the original purchase receipt. Your original purchase receipt, entitles you
to the following:
- Repair defects in workmanship or materials without charge.
- Resizing of karat gold or platinum rings without
charge. (A fee for stone removal and resetting may apply.)
- Restore the original finish of karat gold or platinum
jewellery without charge.
- Restring without charge, any pearls or beaded necklace originally strung in our studio.
- Replace with a comparable new item, if defects in workmanship or materials cannot be repaired.
- Replace
the original hardcopy of "Insurance Replacement" jewellry appraisals composed by our in-house staff. (Postage
or Delivery fees may apply.)
- 36 months FREE BATTERY replacements for quartz watch movements.
This
warranty is not valid if repair work was done on your purchased item, outside of our studio.
Fees may apply in
the case of "studio-casting services" or manufacture remake.

Repair Quotes Guaranty JAV Jeweler's Bench will guarantee
to quote no more than is necessary, to restore your jewelry to a like new condition when you allow our staff to examine your
property, with your repair requests. Our price quotes exclude any precious metals findings costs, except where indicated
on our price list.
Repairs are guaranteed for 18 months; watch batteries (1 year) or where warranted
by our "BUY IT FROM ME. FIX IT FOR FREE!"™ Warranty, check your purchase receipt for warranty confirmation.
All
price quotes are approximate. Price quotes are valid for the day the quote is given and will not be honored after
that day, unless in writing. JAV Jeweler's Bench reserves the right to refuse any repair task, deemed by their staff,
to be a disruption of our normal daily work procedures; irreparable or at risk for calamity. Due
to market fluctuations in precious metal and gemstone prices, our price list may change without notice.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your new merchandise, we will cheerfully refund you purchase price, minus
any shipping and handling costs, upon successful return of the merchandise.
REFUNDS WILL BE IN THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT, EXCEPT PURCHASES MADE BY WIRE TRANSFERS WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED VIA COMPANY
CHECK.

must obtain a "RFI#" (Return For Inspection) number from JAV JEWELER'S BENCH before returning your merchandise.

return your new purchase within 10 days of the date you received your merchandise. Returns must be in the original packaging.
Please include the original invoice, your Customer Number if applicable, all original documentation, and a "RFI"number.

note: Estate Jewelry and special orders are non-returnable. Merchandise must be in undamaged and in "new

(Return Authorization Number) from JAV JEWELER'S BENCH before returning your merchandise. We will not accept any returns without

date you received you merchandise, JAV Jeweler's Bench will gladly refund your purchase price, minus shipping and handling
and a 20% restocking fee. Your merchandise must be returned in the original shipping container, include a copy of
the original invoice, your Customer Number when applicable, all original documentation, the "RA#" (Return Authorization
Number) and a written reason for your return.

Special orders and Estate Jewelry are non-returnable. ALL
MERCHANDISE IS VISUALLY INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT FOR SIGNS OF WEAR PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF ANY REFUNDS. The

PACKING INSTRUCTIONS: Repack the merchandise
in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork. For diamonds, enclose the original copy of the identifying
certificates. - Ship your return prepaid and insured for the value equal to your purchase price by United
States Postal Service registered mail, or a carrier that offers package tracking such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal
Express.
- The RFI number must be written on the invoice and clearly written on the outside of the package, on or near
the return shipping label.
- The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation
and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.

is determined that a loss or damage is due to our workmanship or materials, we reserve the right to remedy such losses, in
accordance with our InStor@ JAV™ or “Buy It From Me. Fix It For Free!”™ Warrantees.
JAV Jeweler’s Bench, shall be hold clear of responsiblity for damages caused by the actions, inactions, abuse or neglect
of the wearers or the actions of another jeweler, craftsperson, stone cutter or a handler employed by the buyer, the buyers
agents, heirs or assigns. The term "buyer" refers to the end comsumer
of merchandise sold via online sale or purchased in-person at any JAV Jeweler's Bench physical
locations.
